Brief Introduction |
The Panasonic KX-TA 308 is an "Advanced Hybrid
System", ideal for a small business or home office requiring a
flexible system with a high degree of sophistication. With the power,
flexibility, and expandability to accommodate your growing business, your
communication will improve immensely and you business will run smoothly. This system supports 3 outside (CO) lines and
8 extensions With optional cards, you can easily expand your system capacity up to 6 outside (CO)
lines and 24 extension as your needs grow You can connect a variety of communication
devices, such as cordless phones, answering machines, computer modems, credit card
verifiers, fax machines, and any other device that works with conventional telephone lines.

Flexible and Simple Expansion
By
adding optional cards, you can expand the system from 3 COs / 8 extensions to 6 COs / 24
extensions* to meet your changing needs. No additional programming or costly rewiring is
required.

The
system is equipped with a built-in battery interface which provides full system operation
in the event of a power failure.
An optional connecting cable is required.

Activity Reports for Cost Saving
The
system can provide a hard copy record of calling activity via RS-232C to manage your
telephone expenses more effectively.

Direct
Inward System Access (DISA) with Message*
Outside
callers can access any extension without an operator. An outgoing message (Max.30 seconds)
is available with optional OGM card.

Uniform
Call Distribution (UCD) with Message*
For
handling many incoming calls quickly and efficiently, this feature allows incoming calls
to be distributed uniformly to a group of extensions.
(UCD Hunting routes the call systematically until it finds an idle
extension)

Caller
ID*
The
system is compatible with Caller ID, which allows a user to see the caller's information
on Analogue Proprietary Telephones. Proprietary display telephones can be used to access
the Caller ID log for the 5 most recent calls (Call Log).
Please contact your dealer or phone company to confirm if the Caller ID service is
available in your area.

The Panasonic Voice Processing System is a optional system meant to
be integrated with the keyphone system. It acts as a quick and user-friendly receptionist
to prevent communication barriers with your customers and colleagues. It provides
announcements, holiday / general greetings, menu services & mail boxes for individual
users . Non stop , 24 hours a day , 7 days a week.
